1 Brief of Solder

     Solder is a fusible metal that has a melting point lower than the melting point of the metal to be welded. When the solder is melted, the surface of the metal to be welded can be infiltrated under the condition that the metal to be welded is not melted and the alloy layer is formed at the contact surface to be connected with the metal to be welded. In general of electronic product assembly, the main used material is tin solder.
