1 Brief of Solder Paste

    Solder paste is a new type of soldering material that comes with SMT, which is a paste-like mixture formed by mixing solder powder, flux and other surfactants, thixotropic agents, etc. Paste at room temperature will have certain viscosity, and the electronic components can be the initial adhesion at a predetermined location, at the welding temperature, with the solvent and some additives volatile, will be soldered components and printed circuit pads welded together to form a permanent connection.
